POLICING
THE A-LIST SYSTEM!!!
As new businesses, and
cardholders, are being introduced to A-List at a
rapid rate we need to ensure that all legitimate
offers are presented and redeemed without
confusion. If any A-List cardholder is concerned
about a business member's lack of staff training
or difficulty in redeeming offers at any
establishments, you must notify us immediately.
Cardholder concerns which are not handled in a
professional or speedy manner, will result in
that business being removed as an A-List Member
Supplier. We take customer loyalty and service
very seriously...and so should you! We will be
policing this issue closely over the next few
months and would appreciate your help in
ensuring that your customer loyalty programme
runs smoothly.
